ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR U18 beat BB ANKARA 2-1 today . Erzurum Gençlikspor U18 Kulübü is now 10-0 this season. Half of GENÇLİK SPOR U18 is made up of U14 players. GençliksSpor out shot BB Ankara 63-21. There was a big size difference between BB Ankara and Gençliks Spor. Erzurum was able to get the advantage by playing quicker and passing.

The success of our U18 team comes down to skating and passing, "Said Coach McAdams". Our U14 team and U18 teams have really developed over the past year. Our U14 players out work all the teams in Turkey and it showed in today's game. Erzurum Gençlikspor younger players had no problem playing at this level.
Scorers:
Yusuf Erden scored the first goal of the game, assisted by Sefa Kavaz and Fatih Faner. Ahmet Karan scored the game winner at 6:30 of the third period.


Notes:
Fatih  Faner who just turned 15 has established himself as one of the top defenders in Turkey.


Kadir Inanc played a great game and has provided great leadership.

GENÇLİK SPOR players TOLGA BAYBURTLU, MUHAMMED KALKAN, and ALPARSLAN BAKANOĞLU named to Turkish National Team Camp. ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR Keith McAdams, Head Coach "said" He really happy for the players. Tolga is the youngest player in camp, he just turned 17 years old. Both Muhammed and Alparslan played on U20 team this year for Turkey. Alparslan has progressed all year and he has made himself one of the best all around players in Turkey. Muhammed established himself as one of the best young defenders in Turkey.

GENÇLİK SPOR BUZ HOKEYİ SEASON ENDS

2011-2012 SEZONU TBHF SÜPER LİG ŞAMPİYONU BAŞKENT YILDIZLARI S.K OLDU.

Buz Hokeyi Erkekler Süper Ligi'nde, play-off finalinde Kocaeli Büyükşehir Belediye Kağıt Spor'u 8-6 yenen Başkent Yıldızlar Spor Kulübü, şampiyon oldu.Bornova Buz Sporları Salonu'nda oynanan maçta rakibini 8-6 mağlup eden Başkent Yıldızlar Spor Kulübü, seride durumu 2-0 yaparak şampiyonluğunu ilan etti.
Şampiyonluk kupasını Türkiye Buz Hokeyi Federasyon Başkanı Fatih Çintimar'dan alan Başkent Yıldızlar Spor Kulübü oyuncuları, büyük sevinç yaşadı. Erzurum Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü'nü 17-3 yenen İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi ise üçüncülüğü elde etti.
Süper Ligin En Değerli oyuncuları;
En iyi kaleci K.B.B Kağıt S.K Fikri ATALI,
En iyi defans İzmir Büy. Bel. S.K Erdoğan COŞKUN,

I am happy with the progress the team has made "said Keith McAdams Head Coach of GENÇLİK SPOR." But I am very disappointed in the results of the last game.

KEITH MCADAMS AGREES TO NEW CONTRACT WITH GENÇLİK SPOR

ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR announced today Keith McAdams, agreed to 2 year contract extension to be Head Coach and Director of Black Sea Development Program in Erzurum.  I am looking forward to working with İkram Çintimar, Club Manager and the city of Erzurum, "Said McAdams" Ikram is a very good person and has made my job easy in Erzurum, Being the manager of a new team is hard work and Ikram has continuously made small improvements to the program. I look forward to working with Ikram,  Erzurum, and the players for many years.
Notes;
The second stage of the Black Sea Cup will take place March 23, 24, and 25, 2012. The U14 team has a chance to win the Black Sea Cup, GENÇLİK SPOR U14 team has a record of 4-1 going into the last leg of tournament. The Senior Club can also clinch Cup championship by winning all three games.  ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR SENIORS have a 4-0 record in cup play.

Buz Hokeyi Federasyonu tarafından İzmir’de başlatılan Buz Hokeyi Süper Lig play off maçlarının ilkinde Başkent Yıldızları, Erzurum Gençlikspor’u 9-4 mağlup etti.


(Erzurum-GHSİM)Erzurum Gençlikspor Buz Hokeyi takımı, Stüper Lig Play Off maçları da üçüncülük maçı oynayacak. Türkiye Buz Hokeyi Federasyonu tarafından İzmir’de düzenlenen Süper Lig Play Off maçları dün akşam başladı. Play off serisinin ilk maçında Başkent Yıldızları ile ile Erzurum Gençlikspor karşı karşıya geldi. Maçı 9-4 kazanan başkent yıldızları adını finale yazdırdı. Erzurum ekibi Gençlikspor ise İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyespor ile Cumartesi günü üçüncülük maçını çıkacak. İzmit Büyükşehir Belediyesi Kağıtspor ile Başkent Yıldızları Süper Lig şampiyonluk maçında karşı karşıya gelecek. Maçı kazanan takım 2011-2012 sezonunun şampiyonu olacak. Bu arada final maçlarını izlemek için Buz Hokeyi Federasyonu Başkanı Fatih Çintimar da başkent Ankara’dan İzmir’e gitti.
Notes:
Congrats to Baskent on their 9-4 win over Erzurum in the Semi Finals of Super League, "Said Keith McAdams, Head Coach Gençlikspor".  Congrats to Erzurum on their inaugural year playing in the Super League. The guys really improved over the year.  I want to especially thank Brian Dunford, Ryan Strayer and, Nikolas Sturmankin for all their work dedication and leadership. I really hope all the people in Erzurum appreciate you, like I do? What these three players have done for the development of hockey, can not be over emphasized. I also can not thank Yeliz Yüksel enough for for all her help with all the teams in Erzurum. I really need to thank İkram Çintimar, who has made constant improvements to the clubs management structure over the past year.

2011-2012 SEASON SUPER LEAGUE PLAY OFF SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

Erzurum Gençlikspor  leave 9am tomorrow for a flight to Ismir. Erzurum Gençlikspor will play Capitals Wednesday March 14, 2012 @ 16:00. The team has had a good week of practice, " said KEITH MCADAMS, Head Coach".   Our goal was to be in the top four teams in the league and have a chance to win in the playoffs. The Capitals are the more experienced teams and Erzurum Gençlikspor Sport is definitely the underdogs in the match.






Erzurum Gençlikspor will play the Ice Knights from Georgian on March 23, 24, and 25 in Erzurum. This is the second round of the Black Sea League. Both Georgian and Turkey will field teams at the Senior Level and  age 14 level.
