ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR was down 4-0 at the start of the 3rd period. GENÇLİK SPOR scored four unanswered goals to tie the game. The last being a shorthanded goal with only 15 seconds remaining. ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR dominated the overtime period but could not score, ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR scored 3 goals in the shootout to win,  "BOĞAZİÇİ played a great game and was well coached", said McAdams head coach GSK."We started poorly and finished strong to earn a spot in the finals."

"BOĞAZİÇİ was able to forecheck us hard and put pressure on our new defense," said Keith McAdams. "BOĞAZİÇİ is coached by former National Team player Oktay Yavuzarslan whose teams are always among the best in Turkey."
