ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB U14 & U10 GOING TO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP OF TURKEY

The Turkish Ice Hockey Federation announced the schedule for U14 National Championship. The games will begin Tuesday June, 14, 2012. "We have high expectations for this club," said Keith McAdams Head Coach of ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR. "I believe we have the hardest working team in Turkey. İkram Çintimar is a great manager and facilitator of hockey in the city of Erzurum.  Yeliz Yuksel who is  Head Coach of NARMAN SPOR BAYAN TAKIMI and serves as an assistant coach for GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB, deserves a lot of credit for the work she is doing in Erzurum. This club deserves to be National Champions of Turkey."

KEITH MCADAMS AGREES TO NEW CONTRACT WITH GENÇLİK SPOR

ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR announced today Keith McAdams, agreed to 2 year contract extension to be Head Coach and Director of Black Sea Development Program in Erzurum.  I am looking forward to working with İkram Çintimar, Club Manager and the city of Erzurum, "Said McAdams" Ikram is a very good person and has made my job easy in Erzurum, Being the manager of a new team is hard work and Ikram has continuously made small improvements to the program. I look forward to working with Ikram,  Erzurum, and the players for many years.

Notes;

The second stage of the Black Sea Cup will take place March 23, 24, and 25, 2012. The U14 team has a chance to win the Black Sea Cup, GENÇLİK SPOR U14 team has a record of 4-1 going into the last leg of tournament. The Senior Club can also clinch Cup championship by winning all three games.  ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR SENIORS have a 4-0 record in cup play.

Buz Hokeyi Federasyonu tarafından İzmir’de başlatılan Buz Hokeyi Süper Lig play off maçlarının ilkinde Başkent Yıldızları, Erzurum Gençlikspor’u 9-4 mağlup etti.

(Erzurum-GHSİM)Erzurum Gençlikspor Buz Hokeyi takımı, Stüper Lig Play Off maçları da üçüncülük maçı oynayacak. Türkiye Buz Hokeyi Federasyonu tarafından İzmir’de düzenlenen Süper Lig Play Off maçları dün akşam başladı. Play off serisinin ilk maçında Başkent Yıldızları ile ile Erzurum Gençlikspor karşı karşıya geldi. Maçı 9-4 kazanan başkent yıldızları adını finale yazdırdı. Erzurum ekibi Gençlikspor ise İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyespor ile Cumartesi günü üçüncülük maçını çıkacak. İzmit Büyükşehir Belediyesi Kağıtspor ile Başkent Yıldızları Süper Lig şampiyonluk maçında karşı karşıya gelecek. Maçı kazanan takım 2011-2012 sezonunun şampiyonu olacak. Bu arada final maçlarını izlemek için Buz Hokeyi Federasyonu Başkanı Fatih Çintimar da başkent Ankara’dan İzmir’e gitti. Notes: Congrats to Baskent on their 9-4 win over Erzurum in the Semi Finals of Super League, "Said Keith McAdams, Head Coach Gençlikspor".  Congrats to Erzurum on their inaugural year playing in the Super League. The guys really improved over the year.  I want to especially thank Brian Dunford, Ryan Strayer and, Nikolas Sturmankin for all their work dedication and leadership. I really hope all the people in Erzurum appreciate you, like I do? What these three players have done for the development of hockey, can not be over emphasized. I also can not thank Yeliz Yüksel enough for for all her help with all the teams in Erzurum. I really need to thank İkram Çintimar, who has made constant improvements to the clubs management structure over the past year.
