ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB lost to the Baskent 7-4. ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB 18 Under finished 3rd in the National Championship event.
"It was a tough game for our club, BAŞKENT played very physical, "said Keith McAdams Head Coach of ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB. " Our younger players had a hard time. We played even with Baskent in the 1st and 3rd period. But gave up 4 goals in the second period. "
ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB has 7 players returning who are 14 years old. Two players who are 15 years old. The team will be lead by returning captain Kadir Inanc who is 17 years old. U14 team will be heading to the National Championship in Ankara, Turkey on June 11, 2012. The U14 won their second Regional championship to qualify for the National Championship.
