The program is open to all players in Erzurum. GENÇLİK SPOR will have one group of U14 players for beginners and second group for U18 advanced players. The idea of the program is to develop friendship, hockey and share cultures from other countries. "If the program goes well, " said Keith McAdams, Head Coach of GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB. "We will have players & teams from the USA and Europe come to Erzurum to play games and participate in camps late in 2012 and in 2013."
GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB, U14 team won yesterday 12-1 against Palandöken Hockey club. It been a great year for U14 GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB," said, " Keith McAdams, " Our U14 team won the Black Sea Cup and the Turkish National Development Camp Cup." ERZURUM GENÇLİK SPOR has proven to be a model for Turkish Ice Hockey.
GENÇLİK SPOR U18 CLUB was invited to go to Nashville Tennessee in the USA. The club hopes to travel to the USA in September 2012. The players would stay with families from Ravenwood High School.

Alan Rooney played and later coached with Keith McAdams in Junior Hockey.
