GENÇLİK SPOR CLUB named AHMET KARAMAN as assistant coach. Ahmet main responsibility will be to work with the player to ensure they understand the system and tactics, "said Keith McAdams, Head Coach." Ahmet was important part of this club, but unfortunately was hurt before the season started. Ahmet is needed to bring leadership to this club. I need the older players to step up and take responsible for the teams performance and commitment. For GENÇLİK SPOR to win in the Super League, "Said McAdams", We need our older players to bring more leadership and commitment to the club. I believe the future of the Super League Team lies in the hands of newly named coach AHMET KARAMAN, players KERIM ÇINTIMAR, YAKUP ARSLAN and ÖMER KANTARAND; I been coaching long enough to know; to win we need players who are willing to be leaders. GENÇLİK SPOR needs KERIM ÇINTIMAR, YAKUP ARSLAN and ÖMER KANTARAND to lead the younger players. GENÇLİK SPOR has the youngest team in the Super League.
Our Super league Club have a number of players that are close to becoming impact players, "said McAdams." There is such a small difference between success and failure in sports. If these players keep working hard and showing up for practice, we will have a chance to win the Super League Championship. But these young players need role models and the older players to lead by example. KERIM ÇINTIMAR, YAKUP ARSLAN and ÖMER KANTARAND have the ability to make a big difference in the future of hockey in Erzurum. They are key to the future success of hockey in Erzurum. These three players are natural leaders and key to GENÇLİK SPOR success. It time for them to step up and be leaders.
